When I set out to make my first visual novel in Spring of 2020 I really didn’t know what was ahead of me. As a long-time fan of the medium I thought that creating a short game with some photographic backgrounds and programmer art done in an afternoon would be a pretty short afair—and yet the full version is only coming out now. I’ve learned a lot from this project and grown quite fond of the roughly sketched characters I did in an afternoon, almost two years ago now.
